Common Multi Tool Faults
Not sure how to describe the problem? These are some of the faults we can look at.
Won’t start. Your multi tool does not start when switched on, or stops shortly after starting.
Attachment problems. An attachment does not drive, cut or fit as it should.
Loses power or cuts out. Your multi tool loses power, cuts out during use or only runs some of the time.
Noise or vibration. Unusual noises, rattling or more vibration than usual when your multi tool is running.
Something else. Not listed here? Describe the problem in as much detail as you can when booking.
How the Repair Works
Book this Titan TT5MT36-LIRW repair from our website.
Tell us as much as you can about the problem.
Select whether you need us to send you a box and packaging, or will pack your multi tool in your own box. Before the courier arrives, remove the battery and keep it, cover any blades or chains and follow our packaging advice.
A courier collects your multi tool and delivers it to our workshop. Someone aged 18 or over needs to be there to hand it over.
We assess your multi tool, confirm the fault and identify any parts required.
If parts and labour are needed, we email you an itemised quote, aiming to send it within 5 working days of your multi tool arriving.
We never start a repair without your approval. If you decide not to go ahead, we return your multi tool unrepaired and a £30 inspection fee applies.
Once you approve and pay the quote, we repair and test your multi tool, then send it back to you by courier.
Why Fault Details Matter
Detailed fault information helps us diagnose your multi tool and work out which parts it needs. Let us know what happens when you try to use it, when the problem started, and any unusual noises, smells or warning signs you have noticed.
Straightforward, With You in Control
We have designed our repair service to make arranging a repair as easy as possible, and we will keep you informed by email from collection through to return.
