Your booking price covers the assessment of your trimmer. Any parts and labour needed for the repair are quoted separately once we know what is wrong.

How the Repair Works

Select whether you need us to send you a box and packaging, or will pack your trimmer in your own box. Before the courier arrives, remove the battery and keep it and follow our packaging advice.
A courier collects your trimmer and delivers it to our workshop. Someone aged 18 or over needs to be there to hand it over.
We assess your trimmer, confirm the fault and identify any parts required.
If parts and labour are needed, we email you an itemised quote, aiming to send it within 5 working days of your trimmer arriving.
We never start a repair without your approval. If you decide not to go ahead, we return your trimmer unrepaired and a £30 inspection fee applies.
Once you approve and pay the quote, we repair and test your trimmer, then send it back to you by courier.
