Your booking price covers the assessment of your sprayer. Any parts and labour needed for the repair are quoted separately once we know what is wrong.

Won’t switch on. Your sprayer does not start when switched on, or stops shortly after.
Weak or no spray. Little or no spray from the nozzle, or an uneven spray pattern.
Leaks. Liquid leaking from the tank, hose or connections.

How the Repair Works

Tell us as much as you can about the problem.
Select whether you need us to send you a box and packaging, or will pack your sprayer in your own box. Before the courier arrives, remove the battery and keep it, empty any water or liquid and follow our packaging advice.
A courier collects your sprayer and delivers it to our workshop. Someone aged 18 or over needs to be there to hand it over.
We assess your sprayer, confirm the fault and identify any parts required.
If parts and labour are needed, we email you an itemised quote, aiming to send it within 5 working days of your sprayer arriving.
We never start a repair without your approval. If you decide not to go ahead, we return your sprayer unrepaired and a £30 inspection fee applies.
Once you approve and pay the quote, we repair and test your sprayer, then send it back to you by courier.

Detailed fault information helps us diagnose your sprayer and work out which parts it needs. Let us know what happens when you try to use it, when the problem started, and any unusual noises, smells or warning signs you have noticed.
