Your booking price covers the assessment of your mower. Any parts and labour needed for the repair are quoted separately once we know what is wrong.
Common Lawn Mower Faults

Won’t start. Your mower does not respond when switched on, or stops shortly after starting.
Cutting problems. An uneven or patchy cut, grass being torn rather than cut cleanly, or the mower struggling in longer grass.
Power or electrical fault. Your mower loses power, cuts out during use or only runs some of the time.
Motor or blade fault. Unusual noises, strong vibration, or the blade not turning when the motor runs.
Other fault. Something not listed here? Choose Other Fault when booking and describe the problem in as much detail as you can.
How the Repair Works

Tell us as much as you can about the problem.
Select whether you need us to send you a box and packaging, or will pack your mower in your own box. Before the courier arrives, wrap and secure the power cable, cover the blade and follow our packaging advice.
A courier collects your mower and delivers it to our workshop. Someone aged 18 or over needs to be there to hand it over.
We assess your mower, confirm the fault and identify any parts required.
If parts and labour are needed, we email you an itemised quote, aiming to send it within 5 working days of your mower arriving.
We never start a repair without your approval. If you decide not to go ahead, we return your mower unrepaired and a £30 inspection fee applies.
Once you approve and pay the quote, we repair and test your mower, then send it back to you by courier.
