Your booking price covers the assessment of your mower. Any parts and labour needed for the repair are quoted separately once we know what is wrong.

Won’t start or charge. Your mower does not switch on, return to its charging station or charge as expected.
Cutting problems. An uneven or patchy cut, or grass being torn rather than cut cleanly.
Navigation problems. Your mower gets stuck, wanders outside its working area or does not find its way home.
Error messages. Your mower stops and shows an error message, warning light or alarm.

How the Repair Works

A courier collects your mower and delivers it to our workshop. Someone aged 18 or over needs to be there to hand it over.
We assess your mower, confirm the fault and identify any parts required.
If parts and labour are needed, we email you an itemised quote, aiming to send it within 5 working days of your mower arriving.
We never start a repair without your approval. If you decide not to go ahead, we return your mower unrepaired and a £30 inspection fee applies.
Once you approve and pay the quote, we repair and test your mower, then send it back to you by courier.
